• Custom orders cannot be returned without written authorization from RESCUE 7.
• For orders cancelled after shipment has been made, customer is responsible for freight charges on outward bound shipment and freight charges on return shipment.
• Returned merchandise is subject to our inspection before credit/refund is issued.
• Merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
• Return Merchandise Authorizations are valid for 30 days.
• Returns not made within authorization period will be refused.
• All claims for shortage or damaged goods must be made on the delivery carrier.
• Full credit or replacement including freight at the discretion of RESCUE 7 will be issued.
